No. The 15% flooring discount applies to installation labour only. Flooring materials, subfloor preparation, levelling, moisture barriers, adhesives and other project-specific requirements are quoted separately.
Qualifying flooring projects of 100 m² or more include up to 80 linear metres of white-painted pine skirting. Additional skirting, specialist profiles or alternative materials can be quoted separately.
No. The 20% decking offer applies to installation labour on qualifying new decking projects of 20 m² or more. Decking materials, substructure requirements and additional building work are quoted separately.
Qualifying Built for Living kitchen projects receive a 15% discount, up to a maximum saving of R40,000. Your quotation will clearly show the promotional discount before you commit to the project.
Promotional offers cannot be combined with one another or with other discounts unless specifically agreed in writing by Built for Living.

Yes. The promotion is based on when your project is confirmed, not necessarily when installation takes place. Projects confirmed before 31 October 2026 can be scheduled for a later available installation date.

Full-height Shaker-style kitchen designed to maximise storage within a long, narrow space while maintaining a clean and traditional appearance. The cabinetry extends to ceiling height with integrated appliances, including a built-in coffee machine, while the washing machine is completely concealed behind matching cabinetry. Dimmable LED lighting was integrated beneath the wall cabinets and upper-level cabinetry to provide both practical task lighting and warm ambient light. Finished with dark hardware and a light stone worktop, with the cabinetry complemented by the existing herringbone timber floor.
Restoration of an existing oak parquet floor, bringing the original timber back to life while retaining the character developed over the years. The floor was thoroughly sanded to remove the old finish and surface wear before being refinished with a stained hardwax oil. The new finish enhances the variation and grain of the individual parquet blocks while providing a durable, natural-looking protective surface.
Custom pine decking designed and built to create a continuous outdoor living area while integrating the garden and newly planted tree into the layout. The timber was finished with a stone-coloured decking oil, giving the pine a softer, muted tone while providing protection from the elements. Warm integrated deck lighting was installed around the perimeter to highlight the deck edges and create subtle ambient lighting in the evenings.
